Choosing the right home is a huge decision. It takes time, patience and it is crucial that the agent you buy through understands your needs. Our aim is to guide buyers through the homemoving process and I've often been taken back when people we have showed round properties ring to apologise when they have bought through another agent. I explain that they shouldn't be sorry but the nice thing is people will thank us for our help, recommend us to friends and promise that when they do decide to sell they will have no hesitation in using us as their selling agent. Here are just some of the ways we help our buyers:

Extensive coverage on the internet.

This directs buyers straight to our website which has been designed to be user friendly, enabling buyers to view up to 7 high quality digital photographs, arrange viewings online and a use the Google Earth map service so they can pin point the exact area the property is situated.

Local Press Coverage.

Although the majority of buyers now search online the local paper is a good source to view properties on a weekly basis. We structure our advertisement in price order and state which street the properties are on so if buyers do decide to view the brochure online they can simply type in the street name so they can find the property quickly and easily.

Mailing list.

Many agents ask if buyers want to go on a mailing list, send out property details to keep buyers informed regularly of new instructions. Because of the volume of potential buyers registering with our office it is often very difficult to keep everyone informed as quickly as we would like, particularly if certain buyers are looking to move more quickly than others. To improve things we ask buyers to tell us how quickly they are looking to move. Simplified as the following:

Since implementing this system we can work with buyers timescales enabling us to work more efficiently with both buyer and seller alike.

Sales Progression.

Once you agreed to purchase through us we have a dedicated member of staff who will guide you through the next stages. Anything from advice on your survey report, arranging quotations or specialist reports and most importantly working alongside your solicitor to keep you informed. It's often nice to have that one point of contact.
